She is the former Nutrition Consultant of the highly acclaimed Wyndham-Bonaventure Resort & Spa in Weston, Florida. Using her experience in developing spa cuisine, as well as her personal interest in the culinary arts, Dr. Mary has assisted many fine restaurants in creating delicious, heart healthy delicacies.
